I love these. They are very light, crisp chewy croissants as good as any fine bakery – but even better since you get to bake them yourself and enjoy them right out of the oven. There is one catch – you have to plan ahead. They come frozen and require defrosting and proofing. You need to put them out on a sheet pan the night before, in order to bake them in the morning. They have plain and chocolate. Be sure to bake the whole box when you make these – you cannot eat just one.
