High Tea at the Biltmore

My mom and I decided to go to high tea at the beautiful Biltmore Hotel downtown. The tea service was in the lounge area of one of the lobbies. We enjoyed a three tiered platter of tea sandwiches, pastries, scones and clotted cream. We washed it down with a glass of champagne and a pot of tea. A wonderful little indulgence – a good way to ring in the Christmas season. Stroll through the hotel and check out their gingerbread houses, massive Christmas tree and admire the beautiful Spanish-Italian Renaissance/Art Deco/ Old Hollywood interior.
